Arena Committed to the 2030 SDGs

The Club and the Olimpic Arena are dedicated to the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The venue’s strategic plan is built around three key pillars: health & sport, sustainability, and innovation. It defines the core SDGs, specific targets, and action plans to drive sustainable development.

Health and Well-being and Gender Equality and Reduction of Inequalities

The main activity and DNA of the club is the training of children and young people in basketball, through the values of the entity, integrating more than 500 children and families into the club’s daily training activities. Carrying out continued actions to transmit and promote healthy habits, and the reduction of inequalities.

Clean and Renewable Energy & Climate Action

The facility has defined a strategic plan for the creation of the largest photovoltaic roof in Catalonia at an indoor multi-purpose facility. It includes a plan to carry out actions at the facility to contribute to positive climate initiatives.

Sustainable Cities and Communities & Work and Economic Growth

Joventut and the Olimpic Arena develop projects and actions directly and with the help of strategic partners, to contribute to the development of a more sustainable city and community.
