Over the course of three mornings, from 9:45 to 11:45 a.m., more than <strong data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2464\">4,950 children<\/strong>, from preschool (I3) to 4th grade, from <strong data-start=\"2505\" data-end=\"2519\">33 schools<\/strong> across the city will meet at our venue to share an unforgettable experience.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2598\" data-end=\"2981\">This event is much more than a dance showcase. It\u2019s the result of collective work organized by the <strong data-start=\"2697\" data-end=\"2768\">Music Teachers of Early Childhood and Primary Education of Badalona<\/strong>, with the support of the <strong data-start=\"2794\" data-end=\"2831\">Pedagogical Resource Center (CRP)<\/strong> of the Department of Education and Vocational Training of the Government of Catalonia, and the <strong data-start=\"2927\" data-end=\"2980\">Education Department of the Badalona City Council<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2983\" data-end=\"3041\">The goals of this initiative are both clear and enriching:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3043\" data-end=\"3465\">\n<li data-start=\"3043\" data-end=\"3092\">\n<p data-start=\"3045\" data-end=\"3092\">Bring music closer to children through dance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3093\" data-end=\"3194\">\n<p data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3194\">Spark excitement and responsibility through a shared experience with students from other schools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3195\" data-end=\"3253\">\n<p data-start=\"3197\" data-end=\"3253\">Foster psychomotor coordination and spatial awareness.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3254\" data-end=\"3357\">\n<p data-start=\"3256\" data-end=\"3357\">Promote intercultural understanding through traditional dances from Catalonia and around the world.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3358\" data-end=\"3465\">\n<p data-start=\"3360\" data-end=\"3465\">Involve the entire educational community: students, teachers, families, local entities, and institutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3467\" data-end=\"3828\">The Gathering also features the collaboration of groups such as <strong data-start=\"3531\" data-end=\"3554\">Badalona Sardanista<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"3556\" data-end=\"3591\">T\u00edpic Ball de Bastons de Canyet<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"3593\" data-end=\"3620\">Ballet Silvia Pallisera<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"3622\" data-end=\"3650\">Escola de Dansa l\u2019Assaig<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"3652\" data-end=\"3678\">Club Joventut Badalona<\/strong>, and of course, ourselves \u2014 <strong data-start=\"3707\" data-end=\"3736\">Olimpic Arena of Badalona<\/strong>, proud to host an event that celebrates diversity, culture, and education through movement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3830\" data-end=\"3993\">And to top it off, the traditional music group <strong data-start=\"3877\" data-end=\"3887\">So Nat<\/strong> will perform live for several of the dances, adding even more magic to this celebration of body and soul.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3830\" data-end=\"3993\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3560\" src=\"https:\/\/www.olimpicarena.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image001.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1697\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.olimpicarena.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image001.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.olimpicarena.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image001-768x1086.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.olimpicarena.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image001-1320x1866.jpg 1320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the mornings of May 21st, 22nd, and 23rd, Olimpic Arena of Badalona will come alive with music, movement, and smiles during the 21st Badalona School Dance Gathering.
