Direxis Tusgsal celebrates its 40th anniversary at the Olímpic Arena
The bus company Direxis Tusgsal celebrated its 40th anniversary last Saturday, September 14, in an event at the Olimpic Arena in Badalona. Around 1,400 people attended, including the mayor of Badalona Xavier García-Albiol and the Vice President and Minister of Labor, Yolanda Díaz.
The event also featured the presence of the Spanish Government’s delegate in Catalonia, Carlos Prieto, the Secretary General of UGT, Pepe Álvarez, and the mayors of Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Sant Adrià de Besòs, and Montgat.
Tusgsal is the largest company of the Direxis group, which specializes in mobility, medical transport, and sustainable construction. Its activities provide employment to 2,000 people and it operates in Catalonia, Aragón, Castile and León, and Castile-La Mancha.
The floor of the Olimpic Arena was used to host the tables where the guests were seated, and a stage was set up for speeches, which were also broadcast on the central screens.
Congratulations and here’s to many more years, Direxis Tusgsal!
